Luther (Tim Allen) and Nora Krank (Jamie Lee Curtis) have always celebrated Christmas in style: elaborate decorations, fabulous parties and generous donations to charities. However, with their daughter Blair (Julie Gonzalo) in Peru with the Peace Corps this year, they are left all alone, and Luther convinces Nora to ditch their annual tradition for a holiday in the Caribbean. When they receive a last-minute call from Blair, who is on her way home with her new fiancĂ©e, it's a Christmas Eve nightmare as the Kranks rush to deck the halls, shop for the holiday ham and whip up a yuletide party. Will they be able to put together a joyous celebration, or will their Ho! Ho! Ho! turn into a No! No! No!?
